Damp and mould reports now run on a legal clock. Our inspection gives you a clear, dated, photo-backed record quickly, so you can respond with confidence.

Why now? Since 6 October 2026, Scottish landlords, private and social, must have reports of damp and mould investigated within 10 working days, give the tenant a written summary within 3 working days of that, and start any needed repairs within 5 working days. A dated record of what was found, and when, helps you show what you did.

Visual inspection only. We check and photograph what can be seen in accessible areas on the day. It is not a damp survey, structural survey or legal compliance certificate. Where a specialist is needed, we’ll tell you plainly so no time is lost.
